Just wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know that preliminary street repairs are scheduled to start this week.
Provided the weather holds up, Holbrook Asphalt will begin doing crack repair work on the streets in our subdivision and on the main road coming into the subdivision.
They say they are NOT going to have to shut down or block any of the streets for this phase of the work.
The crack repair work is supposed to be done over a two day period (Tuesday Feb 2 and Wednesday Feb 3).
Once that gets done, they are currently scheduled to begin doing the main street resurfacing work, beginning on March 22, 2016 and continuing on March 24 and concluding on March 29 (3 work days).
These dates are subject to change and you will be receiving detailed information, in the mail, well in advance of the commencement of the main street resurfacing work.
This resurfacing work is going to require shutting down all of our streets (at different times), over 3 work days (see below).
As in the past, our neighbors in Ancala are working with us and they will be allowing us to enter and exit our subdivision through their community on the one date that the main entrance road is scheduled to be shut down.
