Just a quick update about recent happenings at AW Estates.
- Repairs to our subdivision’s Walking Path were completed today. We put down 60 tons of new gravel and we had it compacted as well. We also attempted to fix several of the spots that were starting to erode as a result of the recent rains. Please feel free to try it out over the next few days and let us know what you think.
- We recently fixed the lighting by the front gate. There were several burned out bulbs that were replaced and the ground fault circuit breaker on the main circuit had tripped. This was an easy repair and the only cost was to buy new bulbs.
- Both of the monument signs have been repainted.
- Some of the decals that had been peeling on the back of the stop signs has been replaced.
- We’ve noticed that a few of the AWE homeowners have already had their washes and overgrown vegetation around their walls trimmed in response to our recent request to have this done by the end of the year. We would like to thank those homeowners and we appreciate the positive feedback we’ve received as a result of our request.
- The gate’s main electrical box that would never stay closed has now been fixed.
- And, last but not least, here’s a reminder that AWE is having a Neighborhood Meet and Greet Party this coming Sunday afternoon, October 25, 2015 at 4:00 PM in the Sweetwater Cul-de-sac. You can get details by downloading the flyer at this link or by looking below. Lots of people have RSVPed and say they’re coming. We hope to see you there as well.
Take care. Your AWE Board
